Developing technology has two faces, one good and bad. The purpose of technology is to make life easier for people. people are always thinking about their daily lives but they don't think about the long-term effects on human health or the earth. I have two examples of the good and bad faces of technology.

Now, people can ride cars, buses, trains, or airplanes when they go somewhere. The good side is that they save a lot of time, don't feel tired, and can go whenever they want. On the other hand, the bad effect is to pollute the air, because vehicles exhaust carbon dioxide and other gases which destroy the ozone and cause acid rain.

Another example is the computer. It gives us the ability to send messages are e-mail, to watch movies, and to research. The computer has become very useful and is a necessity of life, however everything has an effect. In this case, if people use the computer, they won't need to communicate face to face anymore. It means that people lose the ability to make friends in the real world. There are also electrical emanations from computers that may affect humans. We should be aware that though computers are useful, they can also have harmful effects.

Developing technology seems to be a good thing for us but it could affect our health and the earth. We have to be aware that vehicles and computers have become necessity of life but everything we do has effect so, for the sake of our health and the earth, we shouldn't use too much them.
