Last day

Today, I finished taking the tests for this week, but I don't feel good because you know it, right? Every teacher tells me that you need to study English for 3 years or more, if you want to be good at it. But, if I want to get the good grades right now, what should I do, because I don't want to make excues about why I don't have the good grages.
