Today, when I saw a thermometer, I was surprised about the tempreture which was 100 degrees F. And my room was 40 degree C. I thought I shouldn't study at the room and go to the Heritage library.
I can see how you would have trouble concentrating in that heat. On the other hand, I guess scholars have done it for hundreds of years in some parts of the world. My next-door-neighbor from India says we're all a bunch of whiners.
